From day 1, GPS (Galderma Patient Services) for NEMLUVIO™ can provide guidance and support to help you manage your treatment experience. The support team can help you understand insurance benefits and financial assistance, provide one-on-one education, and help you stay on track, including refill reminders. They can help ensure a seamless start and continuation of your treatment with NEMLUVIO^®.

What to expect as you start your treatment

Step 1: Complete your enrollment with GPS for NEMLUVIO

You can complete enrollment online, over the phone, or with your dermatologist (view link and number at the bottom of this page). Sign up and opt in for support to receive helpful tips and tools and a Welcome Kit designed to help with your treatment initiation and journey with NEMLUVIO.

Step 2: Expect a call from a Nurse Navigator

When you enroll, you'll have the option to connect with a Nurse Navigator. They will contact you in the days after enrollment to answer any questions about starting treatment. Nurse Navigators can give support and education but not medical advice. If you are seeking medical advice, always consult your dermatologist.

A Nurse Navigator will be available to help you manage your treatment successfully by providing:

Nurse Navigators are available 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET (Monday - Friday) to help educate you and your caregiver about NEMLUVIO.

Step 3: Get your first shipment of NEMLUVIO delivered to your door

Your dermatologist will work closely with a pharmacy specially contracted to distribute NEMLUVIO to set up your prescription and refills. This Specialty Pharmacy will ship your treatment directly to your home address.

Consider which of the following support programs will be most useful to you:

Quick Start: Those who qualify are able to start NEMLUVIO sooner as their dermatologist works with insurance providers to secure approval

Bridge Program: Helps you access NEMLUVIO if you have a lapse in treatment due to change or loss of insurance, delayed re-authorization, or have exhausted Quick Start supply during pending payer determination

Co-Pay Support: Helps with insurance when NEMLUVIO is covered by commercial insurance

Patient Assistance Program: Helps if you do not have any insurance, your insurance will not cover NEMLUVIO, or your insurance co-pays will create a financial burden and there are no other programs available to help

Injection Training: Available for those who have been prescribed NEMLUVIO and need education on proper self-administration techniques

Nurse Navigators: Your guides to NEMLUVIO, providing you with the knowledge foundation to embark on a successful treatment experience

Important Safety Information

Indications: NEMLUVIO^® (nemolizumab-ilto) is a prescription medicine used:

to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis or AD) in combination with prescription therapies used on the skin (topical) when the eczema is not well controlled by topical therapies alone. It is not known if NEMLUVIO is safe and effective in children with atopic dermatitis under 12 years of age.
to treat adults with prurigo nodularis. It is not known if NEMLUVIO is safe and effective in children with prurigo nodularis under 18 years of age.

Do not take NEMLUVIO if you are allergic to nemolizumab-ilto or to any ingredients in NEMLUVIO. Before taking NEMLUVIO, tell your healthcare provider about all of your medical conditions, including if you:

are scheduled to receive any vaccination. You should not receive a live vaccine right before or during treatment with NEMLUVIO.
are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. It is not known whether NEMLUVIO will harm your unborn baby.
are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. It is not known whether NEMLUVIO passes into your breast milk and if it can harm your baby.

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

NEMLUVIO may cause serious side effects, including: allergic reactions (hypersensitivity). Stop using NEMLUVIO and tell your healthcare provider or get emergency help right away if you get any of the following symptoms:

Breathing problems or wheezing
Swelling of the face, lips, mouth, tongue, or throat
Fainting, dizziness, feeling lightheaded
Fast pulse
Swollen lymph nodes
Joint pain
Fever
Skin rash (red or rough skin)
Nausea or vomiting
General ill feeling
Cramps in your stomach area

The most common side effects of NEMLUVIO include:

Eczema: headache, joint pain, hives (itchy red rash or wheals), and muscle aches
Prurigo Nodularis: headache and skin rashes: atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema), eczema, and eczema nummular (scattered circular patches)

These are not all of the possible side effects of NEMLUVIO.
